The top challenge when working with an artist or another company on a Collaboration lies in the development of a trusting relationship. I have found that the most important factor in ensuring someone else’s vision is brought to life while still aligning with your company needs, lies in impeccable communication. I have a knack for bridging the gap between understanding an artist’s vision and needs and the company’s brand and business goals, while still being able to be innovative and meet customer and market needs. I am at my most happy when I get to bring together companies and artists to create something magical for their respective audiences.
